🔑 Key Responsibilities

​

• Lead the charge on diagnostics: Use your fault-finding skills to troubleshoot complex breakdown issues across commercial and domestic HVACR systems.

​

• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted face of the business, communicating clearly with clients and providing honest advice.

​

• Diverse Work: Carry out installations and maintenance while gaining exposure to electrical, solar, and security systems.

​

• Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to our apprentices

​

• Compliance: Maintain accurate service records and strictly adhere to OH&S and industry regulations.

​

✅ About you

​

• Qualified: Fully or almost qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with a current ARCtick license and White Card.

​

• Stand out: You have an exceptional ability to diagnose faults that others miss.

​

• Communicator: You have strong customer service skills and can explain technical issues in plain English.

​

• Character: You are honest, reliable, self-motivated, and possess a strong team-oriented attitude.

​

• Valid NSW Driver's License.
